The printers offered on this web site have gone through a compatibility test so that you and UDS support know the printer works properly with Windows, Windows Print Spooler, the tags and labels supplied by UDS, and TAGmaker. We use the same printers to supply on demand tags to the green industry from this web site.

TAGmaker testing eliminates all issues except proper training of your personnel and hardware failure. To assist in training we have prepared a series of video training clips that are available on demand through this web site. If you are having trouble with the printer you buy from UDS then we can instruct you over the phone or through Skype how to adjust it, test it, and get it functioning properly. If it is a hardware problem we can assist you in hardware testing and repair procedures. 

We check the media to make sure the printer can print at or near the rated printer speed.

We check the printer to make sure the engineering release level is consistent with previously tested equipment.

We check the ribbon to make sure it prints properly and it is resistant to wear and sun.
